How Acumen Enterprise Works

Acumen Enterprise contains 6,162 academic documents that cover a large range of subject areas. All of these documents have been written by University students and lecturers, who have published their work in exchange for access to the site.

All documents uploaded to the site are compared to content already listed by Google and found on our own website. We only publish original work.

All of that original work then has to pass through our quality control process. If it passes, it is then submitted to the TurnItIn plagiarism detection software. This helps protect our content against copy and also the Authors intellectual property. At the same time this ensures that Acumen Enterprise is only used as a legitimate academic resource.

All documents that get to this point are published on the site in their relevant category. All visitors to the site have access to these documents; indeed they have access to the entire library. However visitors will only get access to a 150 word sample. Members on the other hand get unlimited access to all documents as a web page, in exchange for a small fee, or for free in exchange for publishing their own work
